Julian is located in the mountains east of the city of San Diego. It is 4 miles South of Julian, CA and 5 miles North of Cuyamaca Lake on Highway 79 in San Diego County, California.
Directions from San Diego Area:
Route 1 -- Travel East on Interstate 8 to the Highway 79 North Exit. Travel 20 miles North (following signs to Julian) and Pinezanita will be on the left.
Route 2 -- Travel Highway 67 North to Ramona. Highway 67 terminates in Ramona and turns into Highway 78 East. Continue on Highway 78 East 22 Miles to a four-way stop on Main St. in Julian. Turn Right on Main St. and continue through town. Out of town, turn Right onto Highway 79 South. Go 4 miles South and Pinezanita is on the right.
Direction from Los Angeles Areas:
Route 1 -- Travel South on Interstate 15. In Temecula, exit onto Highway 79 South. Take Highway 79 South through Warner Springs and into Santa Ysabel. In Santa Ysabel turn left onto Highway 78 East. Go 7 miles to the four-way stop on Main St. in Julian. Turn Right on Main Street and continue through town. Out of town, turn Right onto Highway 79 South. Go 4 miles South and Pinezanita is on the right.
Route 2 -- Travel South on Interstate 5. In Oceanside, exit onto Highway 78 East. Continue on Highway 78 East and follow the signs to Ramona. In Ramona, turn Left onto Main St. (still Hwy. 78). Continue on Highway 78 East 22 miles to a four-way stop on Main St. in Julian. Turn Right on Main St. and Continue through town. Out of town, turn Right onto Highway 79 South. Go 4 miles South and Pinezanita is on the right. |
